Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international environmental regulations and standards.
- Manage environmental permits, licenses, and approvals for construction and operational activities.
- Monitor and evaluate pollution control systems, including air, water, and waste management.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and audits for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies, local governments, and stakeholders to address environmental concerns.
- Develop and implement environmental management plans (EMPs) to mitigate ecological risks.
- Provide training and awareness programs for employees on environmental best practices and compliance.
- Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory submissions and internal reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental compliance, monitoring, or sustainability roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental laws, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Experience with environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and audits.
- Proficiency in environmental monitoring tools and software (e.g., GIS, air/water quality monitoring systems).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in environmental management (e.g., ISO 14001) is a plus.
