As part of our dynamic team, you will contribute to the preparation and evaluation of critical environmental documents, including AMDAL (Environmental Impact Assessment), DELH (Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans), UKL-UPL (Environmental Management Effort and Environmental Monitoring Effort), and other regulatory submissions. Your work will directly support projects that balance development with ecological preservation, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international environmental standards.
Based in Baliâa hub for sustainable tourism and green initiativesâyouâll collaborate with cross-functional teams, government agencies, and local communities to promote responsible environmental stewardship. Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of environmental impact assessments (AMDAL, UKL-UPL, DELH) and related documentation.
- Conduct field surveys and data collection to support environmental studies and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with senior environmental specialists to analyze project impacts on air, water, soil, and biodiversity.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to Indonesian environmental laws (e.g., PP No. 22/2021, Permen LHK No. 10/2021).
- Coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, and local stakeholders for permits, consultations, and public disclosures.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics for ongoing projects.
- Assist in developing mitigation plans and sustainability strategies for clients across industries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving environmental regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in environmental consulting, EIA preparation, or regulatory compliance (fresh graduates with strong academic projects may be considered).
- Familiarity with Indonesian environmental laws and documentation standards (AMDAL, UKL-UPL, DELH).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., GIS, Excel) and technical report writing.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to conduct fieldwork in diverse environments (Bali-based projects may require travel).
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
- Certification in environmental management (e.g., Ahli AMDAL) is a plus.
