Responsibility
- Oversee and manage wastewater treatment processes to ensure compliance with local and international environmental standards.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance, including air quality, waste management, and water usage.
- Develop and implement environmental management systems (EMS) to enhance sustainability practices.
- Conduct regular environmental audits and inspections to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain environmental records, permits, and compliance documentation for regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainable manufacturing practices.
- Train and educate employees on environmental policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay updated on environmental laws and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.
Qualifications
- A Bachelorâs degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental compliance, wastewater treatment, or sustainability roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 14001, local Indonesian environmental laws).
- Experience with environmental audits, risk assessments, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and environmental management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
