Responsibility

  • Assist podiatrists in conducting comprehensive foot assessments for diabetic patients
  • Implement individualized treatment plans for Diabetic Foot Syndrome (DFS) management
  • Perform wound care and dressing changes under professional supervision
  • Educate patients on proper foot care, preventive measures, and diabetic foot health
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
  • Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and treatment areas
  • Monitor patient progress and report observations to the supervising podiatrist
  • Assist in fitting and recommending appropriate diabetic footwear

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Podiatry, Nursing, or related healthcare field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in podiatry, wound care, or diabetic foot management
  • Strong understanding of diabetic foot complications and preventive care
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills a plus)
  • Compassionate patient care approach with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Basic computer skills for patient record management
  • Certification in wound care or diabetic foot management is advantageous
