Responsibility
- Design, develop, and program PLC control logic using various platforms such as Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, or Schneider Electric.
- Create intuitive and functional HMI and SCADA interfaces to improve operator efficiency and system visibility.
- Conduct full-cycle testing, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) at client locations.
- Perform on-site commissioning and provide expert troubleshooting for automation systems and industrial networks.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical and electrical design teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including functional design specifications (FDS) and user manuals.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure smooth operational transitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field with a focus on Control Systems.
- Proven experience in PLC programming and industrial automation, ideally within a project-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in HMI/SCADA development tools such as WinCC, Ignition, or Wonderware.
- Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols including Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP, and EtherNet/IP.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for client-facing technical support and team collaboration.
