Responsibility
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including rhinoplasty, breast augmentation/reduction, liposuction, facelifts, and body contouring, with a focus on natural-looking results.
- Conduct thorough pre-operative consultations to assess patient needs, discuss expectations, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Ensure adherence to the highest standards of patient safety, surgical protocols, and ethical practices in all procedures.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative care.
- Monitor patient recovery, address complications, and provide follow-up care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in plastic surgery techniques, technologies, and industry trends through continuous education and training.
- Educate patients on post-operative care, recovery timelines, and realistic expectations to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the clinicâs reputation by maintaining a professional demeanor, participating in community outreach, and upholding the clinicâs brand values.
Qualifications
- Board-certified or equivalent qualification as a Plastic Surgeon Specialist (Sp.BP) recognized by the Indonesian Medical Council (KKI).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
- Proficiency in a wide range of surgical techniques, including minimally invasive procedures and advanced reconstructive surgeries.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, body proportions, and artistic principles to achieve harmonious and natural results.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to build rapport with diverse patients.
- Commitment to ethical practices, patient confidentiality, and continuous professional development.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
- Valid medical license and registration with the Indonesian Medical Association (IDI) and relevant surgical associations.
