Responsibility
- Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Document production data, including machine settings, output, and any issues encountered.
- Assist in the setup and adjustment of molds and machinery as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in plastic injection molding.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends, with one rest day per week.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new technologies.
