Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote Xanadu Agri Products’ fertilizer solutions to plantations, farms, and agribusinesses in Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including plantation managers, agricultural cooperatives, and distributors.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the fertilizer and agribusiness sectors.
  • Provide technical advice and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and proper application of our fertilizer products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content to boost brand awareness.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to optimize strategies and meet quarterly targets.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and agricultural exhibitions to network and generate leads.
  • Stay updated on agricultural best practices, sustainable farming techniques, and emerging technologies in fertilizer production.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the agricultural, fertilizer, or agribusiness sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of plant nutrition, soil science, and fertilizer applications is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
