Responsibility
- Perform breakdown maintenance on plant machinery and process equipment to minimize downtime
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and process control systems
- Collaborate with engineering team to implement process improvements and efficiency upgrades
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards (ISO, GMP)
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new production equipment
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend predictive maintenance actions
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technician or Electrician in manufacturing/industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, motor controls, and industrial automation
- Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to work in shift patterns and on-call duties when required
