Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to execute breakdown and preventive maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement improvement projects to enhance plant efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- Monitor equipment performance and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians to uphold technical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plant maintenance, process engineering, or a similar role within manufacturing.
- Proven track record in leading maintenance teams and managing improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
- Proficiency in using CMMs, PLCs, and predictive maintenance tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, and other industry-specific standards.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
