Responsibility
- Operate and monitor the Buhler Milling Plant to ensure safe and efficient production.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of milling equipment to prevent downtime.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Monitor production processes and adjust settings as needed to meet quality standards.
- Record and report production data, including output, efficiency, and any issues encountered.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Plant Operator or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with milling equipment and production processes.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
