Responsibility
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards, including environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and material flow to minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to streamline processes.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, quality control, HR) to align plant operations with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in plant or operations management within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of leading large teams and managing P&L responsibilities for a production facility.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing best practices, including TPM, 5S, and ISO standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a bonus.
