Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in production machinery.
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks and keep detailed records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Operator, Mechanic, or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining maintenance logs and reports.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
- Certification in industrial maintenance or a related field is a plus.
