Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily plant operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of plant workers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor equipment performance, schedule preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, including production metrics, incident logs, and maintenance records.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective usage.
- Implement and enforce company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices in plant management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in mining, coal, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Strong technical knowledge of plant machinery, conveyor systems, crushers, and other mining equipment.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., K3, OSHA) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in shift-based environments and adapt to dynamic operational demands.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are advantageous.
