Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company objectives and local labor regulations in Indonesia.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes to maintain a harmonious workplace.
- Design and manage compensation, benefits, and performance management systems to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, including payroll, contracts, and workplace safety standards.
- Drive employee engagement programs, training, and development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast staffing needs and align HR policies with business growth.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (HR Manager/Head of HR).
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor law, payroll systems, and local HR practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading HR teams in multicultural environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in the Mining, Natural Resources, or Energy sector is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment tools; familiarity with Indonesian payroll software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a benefit.
