Responsibility
- Design, maintain, and optimize poultry processing equipment and production systems to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, GMP) and local/regional regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Manage energy and resource efficiency initiatives to support sustainability goals.
- Oversee capital projects, including equipment upgrades, facility expansions, and new technology integrations.
- Train and mentor technical staff on best practices for equipment operation and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plant engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing, preferably in the food/beverage or poultry industry.
- Strong knowledge of automation systems (PLC, SCADA), HVAC, and refrigeration systems.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, USDA, or equivalent Indonesian standards).
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CAD software, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali and adapt to a dynamic, high-demand environment.
