Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the equipment engineering team to ensure optimal performance of all industrial machinery and systems.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for equipment enhancement, upgrades, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and propose cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, safety) to align engineering initiatives with organizational goals.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor equipment efficiency metrics (OEE, MTBF, MTTR) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships for equipment procurement, repairs, and technical support.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all engineering activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in equipment engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in industrial machinery, automation systems, PLC programming, and predictive maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software, CMMS, and data analysis tools (e.g., SAP, AutoCAD, MATLAB).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
