Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate civil & structural engineering activities for EPC projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and review detailed engineering designs, calculations, and drawings for structural integrity, safety, and compliance with local/international codes (e.g., SNI, AISC, Eurocodes).
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable solutions.
- Oversee site inspections, construction supervision, and commissioning to verify alignment with design specifications and project requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, feasibility studies, and value engineering to optimize project outcomes and mitigate potential challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to present technical reports, resolve issues, and ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive innovation in engineering practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role for EPC projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, Revit, or similar design software; BIM experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI), international standards (AISC, Eurocodes), and seismic design principles.
- Experience with coastal, high-rise, or infrastructure projects in tropical climates is a significant advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Certifications such as PE (Professional Engineer), SE (Structural Engineer), or PMP are a plus.
