Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans and operational policies to support the universityâs academic and administrative goals.
- Coordinate with department heads and faculty to gather data, analyze trends, and prepare reports for senior leadership.
- Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and financial forecasting to ensure optimal use of institutional resources.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, institutional policies, and accreditation standards.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to streamline workflows and improve administrative efficiency.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Maintain and update institutional databases, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Support special projects, initiatives, and events as assigned by the universityâs leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field (Masterâs degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative planning, project management, or strategic development roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, budgeting, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is an advantage.
- Experience working in academic institutions, government agencies, or large organizations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
