Responsibility
- Serve as the primary liaison between BruntWork and healthcare clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Develop and implement client success strategies to enhance satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to assess client progress and address any concerns or challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Provide training and onboarding support to new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of our services.
- Monitor client usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling or additional support.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement in our services and processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all interactions are documented and tracked.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
