In this role, you will serve as the linchpin between our international teams and local stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, administrative efficiency, and operational excellence. Your fluency in Mandarin and English will be instrumental in bridging cultural and linguistic gaps, while your organizational skills will drive productivity in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Based in Canggu—with flexibility to work across Bali’s key business hubs—you’ll contribute to high-impact projects while immersing yourself in one of the world’s most inspiring work destinations.
Responsibility
- Provide bilingual administrative support (Mandarin/English) to senior management and cross-functional teams, including email correspondence, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Act as a cultural liaison between headquarters and local offices, ensuring clear communication and alignment on business objectives.
- Manage calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for executives and visiting delegates.
- Prepare and translate business reports, presentations, and contracts with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist in vendor and client relations, including negotiation support, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and internal workshops, both virtual and in-person.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for confidential documents and corporate records.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or business support role.
- Proven ability to work in multicultural environments with sensitivity to diverse business practices.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Experience in international business settings or with Chinese companies is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
