Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring seamless workflow across all departments.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage office facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships to maintain a productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Lead HR administrative functions, including payroll coordination, benefits management (BPJS), and employee records.
- Optimize budget allocation for administrative expenses and report financial performance to senior management.
- Coordinate with IT, finance, and legal teams to streamline cross-departmental processes.
- Represent the company in external communications with government agencies, clients, and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in administrative leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian corporate compliance, labor laws, and BPJS administration.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and digital office management tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in multinational or fast-paced corporate environments is a plus.
