Responsibility
- Develop and execute material planning strategies for finished goods and raw materials to support production targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align supply with demand forecasts.
- Analyze production schedules and adjust plans to accommodate changes in demand or supply chain disruptions.
- Implement and maintain ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for accurate tracking of material movements and inventory.
- Generate reports on planning metrics, including lead times, stock turnover, and order fulfillment rates.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through efficient material sourcing and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in material planning, production scheduling, or supply chain coordination, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with internal and external partners.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
