Responsibility
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing KPIs to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless material flow.
- Utilize ERP or planning software to forecast capacity, inventory levels, and lead times.
- Prepare detailed reports on production performance, variance analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with quality assurance to maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Lead continuous improvement projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend technological upgrades to modernize processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Just-in-Time (JIT), or MRP principles is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
