Responsibility
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, including critical path analysis, using industry-standard tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Monitor and update project timelines to reflect progress, delays, and resource adjustments.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to align schedules with operational and financial goals.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks, proposing mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
- Prepare and present progress reports, Gantt charts, and other visual aids for stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Conduct post-project reviews to analyze performance and implement lessons learned for future improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or construction management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with construction methodologies, contract administration, and risk management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCP (Certified Cost Professional) are advantageous.
