Responsibility
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of HSE management systems in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees and contractors to promote safety awareness.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to integrate HSE requirements into project planning and execution.
- Ensure all HSE documentation, including permits, reports, and records, are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
- Stay updated on emerging HSE trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance organizational compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in HSE software and tools for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
