Responsibility
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to align project objectives.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Utilize project management software and tools to track and analyze project data.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or in a similar role within the engineering sector.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
