Responsibility
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Utilize project management software and tools to track progress, resources, and budgets.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in construction and engineering.
- Optimize resource allocation and workflow to enhance project efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
