Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production plans to meet customer demand and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to planning and customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational workflows.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production status, order fulfillment, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interactions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and other planning tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and logistics operations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
