Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end client engagement process, from initial inquiry to contract signing and placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
- Source, screen, and match high-quality candidates to client requirements using ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and offer negotiations to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Track and report key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, conversion rates) to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client expectations and delivery timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies in all placement activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or client-facing roles within HR or staffing agencies.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Bullhorn).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
