Responsibility
- Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and improve workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (internships or entry-level positions are welcome).
- Basic understanding of HR processes, payroll, and labor laws in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., SAP, BambooHR).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
