Responsibility
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to the needs of our Philippine Call Center operations.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure salary structures and benefits packages remain competitive and compliant with local regulations.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring seamless enrollment and communication.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to prepare and analyze compensation budgets, forecasts, and reports.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Design and implement incentive programs, bonuses, and recognition initiatives to boost employee engagement and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Partner with management to align compensation strategies with organizational goals and employee retention objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on employee relations.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in managing sensitive employee data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
