Responsibility
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit for open roles.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and company culture.
- Assist in drafting and posting compelling job descriptions to attract top talent.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness).
- Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
- No prior recruitment experience requiredâtraining provided!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English fluency is a must).
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of HR processes or sales is a plus.
