Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive sleep and spinal assessments to identify root causes of dysfunction or discomfort.
- Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Educate patients on posture correction, ergonomics, and sleep hygiene to prevent recurrence of issues.
- Collaborate with sleep specialists and spine experts to integrate multidisciplinary care approaches.
- Utilize manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities (e.g., dry needling, ultrasound) to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor and document patient progress with detailed records and adjust treatments as needed.
- Provide group workshops or one-on-one sessions on spinal health and sleep optimization.
- Stay updated on latest research and techniques in sleep and spinal physiotherapy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license (local or international, with eligibility to practice in Indonesia).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in musculoskeletal, neurological, or sleep-related physiotherapy.
- Strong knowledge of spinal anatomy, biomechanics, and sleep disorders (e.g., insomnia, sleep apnea).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse patient groups.
- Proficiency in English (additional fluency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus).
- Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.
