Responsibility
- Develop and implement personalized postnatal rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs.
- Assess and treat musculoskeletal imbalances, pelvic floor dysfunction, and posture-related issues in postnatal clients.
- Provide education and guidance on safe exercise, body mechanics, and self-care techniques for new mothers.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including obstetricians and gynecologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Conduct group therapy sessions and workshops on postnatal recovery and wellness.
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in postnatal physiotherapy to enhance treatment methodologies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia or Malaysia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in physiotherapy, with a focus on postnatal rehabilitation preferred.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal and pelvic floor anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Proficiency in using physiotherapy equipment and tools.
