Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise a team of nurses and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with international healthcare standards.
  • Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to optimize patient flow, resource allocation, and service delivery.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide mentorship, and identify training needs for nursing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations, including infection control and patient safety protocols.
  • Oversee budget management for nursing departments, including supply procurement and cost-effective resource utilization.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives through data analysis, feedback integration, and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role in a hospital setting.
  • Valid Indonesian Nursing License (STR) and SIP (Surat Izin Praktik).
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse nursing team.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, JCI standards, and patient safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.
