Responsibility
- Identify, map, and engage potential neurologists and neurosurgeons as key referral sources.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with medical professionals and healthcare institutions.
- Develop and implement strategic outreach programs to increase physician awareness of our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align referral strategies with organizational goals.
- Monitor and report on referral patterns, physician engagement metrics, and market trends.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and networking events.
- Provide educational resources and updates to physicians on our specialized services.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in physician relations, medical sales, or healthcare liaison roles.
- Strong understanding of neurology and neurosurgery (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships with healthcare providers.
- Familiarity with Bali’s healthcare ecosystem is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
