Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
