Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the photobooth store, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory, including photobooth props, printing supplies, and digital assets, to ensure availability and quality.
- Monitor and maintain photobooth equipment, troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating repairs as needed.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers, including promotions, social media engagement, and partnerships with local businesses.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in retail, hospitality, or store management, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
- Technical aptitude to operate and troubleshoot photobooth equipment and software.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
