Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take and process orders accurately using our POS system.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining clean, organized dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
