Responsibility

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a seamless check-in and check-out experience with efficiency and professionalism
  • Manage all front desk operations including reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle guest requests and complaints with diplomacy, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide personalized recommendations to guests
  • Process payments, reconcile accounts, and manage cash handling procedures in accordance with hotel policies
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Utilize property management systems (PMS) to manage reservations, guest profiles, and room inventory effectively
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, appearance, and service excellence at all times

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk operations or guest services, preferably in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Japanese, etc.) are highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with hotel management software (Opera, Amadeus, etc.)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a commitment to maintaining high service standards
  • Valid work permit for Indonesia or ability to obtain one (for international candidates)
