Responsibility
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with CDOB, CPOB, and other regulatory standards.
- Manage inventory control, including procurement, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
- Lead, mentor, and train pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for pharmacy workflows and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate medication dispensing.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pharmacy operations and compliance.
- Coordinate with suppliers and distribution centers to optimize stock levels and reduce wastage.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and technological advancements in pharmacy management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S.Farm) or equivalent; Apoteker license is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital pharmacy, PBF distribution, or FMCG warehouse operations.
- In-depth knowledge of CDOB, CPOB, and other Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team in a high-volume environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize pharmacy workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
