Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and organize pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and rotating supplies.
- Process and verify patient prescriptions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and offering guidance on medication usage.
- Maintain detailed records of dispensed medications and patient interactions in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Operate pharmacy software systems to input prescription data and generate labels.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA or local privacy laws.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (or equivalent qualification recognized in Indonesia).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, dosage calculations, and medication interactions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
