Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
- Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, ensuring understanding of dosage, side effects, and interactions.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient treatment plans and resolve medication-related issues.
- Maintain accurate patient records and inventory management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report adverse drug reactions or discrepancies in prescriptions to ensure patient safety.
- Educate patients on proper medication storage, administration, and lifestyle adjustments for better health outcomes.
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the pharmacy workspace to uphold hygiene and operational standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid Indonesian Pharmacist License (SIK) and registration with the relevant professional body.
- Proven experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to interact effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, ethics, and patient confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with pharmacy management software and digital health tools is a plus.
