Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor clinic policies, procedures, and protocols in compliance with local and international healthcare regulations.
- Manage patient records, billing, and inventory systems to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing.
- Coordinate with medical and non-medical staff to optimize resource allocation and maintain a seamless patient experience.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance clinic performance, reduce wait times, and improve patient satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries, resolving escalated issues and ensuring effective communication across all departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinic or hospital operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in healthcare compliance, staff management, and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of IVF clinic operations, medical terminology, and patient care standards is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in clinic management software, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Certification in Healthcare Management (e.g., CHM, PMP) or similar is a plus.
