As part of our dedicated team, you will work closely with educators, parents, and community stakeholders to create a supportive and structured environment for students requiring additional guidance. Your expertise in restorative practices and discipline strategies will help shape a nurturing atmosphere where students can thrive academically and emotionally.
Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the local community while enjoying the rich culture and serene landscapes of Bali.
Responsibility
- Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to students exhibiting behavioral challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with school staff and families.
- Facilitate restorative justice practices to resolve conflicts and foster accountability.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting support strategies as needed.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions on positive discipline techniques for educators and parents.
- Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure holistic support for students.
- Maintain confidential records and reports in compliance with organizational policies.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mentoring, counseling, or behavioral support roles.
- Strong understanding of restorative justice principles and trauma-informed care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in documentation and case management.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Passion for youth development and a commitment to ethical practices.
