Responsibility
- Provide personalized in-home care to patients, including elderly individuals, post-operative patients, or those with chronic illnesses.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment for patients in their homes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on health management, nutrition, and mobility techniques.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or changes in patient condition and escalate concerns as needed.
Qualifications
- Certified Nurse or Healthcare Assistant with valid credentials (e.g., STR, SIPP, or equivalent).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in home care, elderly care, or clinical settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying patient needs and schedules.
- Familiarity with basic medical equipment (e.g., blood pressure monitors, glucose meters).
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali’s designated areas (own transportation preferred).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
