Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions
- Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy modalities
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize rehabilitation outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including doctors, occupational therapists, and fitness professionals
- Provide education to patients and caregivers on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and professional standards
- Participate in community health initiatives and wellness programs to promote physiotherapy services
- Stay current with latest physiotherapy techniques and research through continuous professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist, with at least 1 year in a senior capacity
- Valid physiotherapy license/registration in Indonesia (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and experience with diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Experience with electronic medical records and digital healthcare systems
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
