Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide personalized health consultations and educate customers on proper medication use, side effects, and wellness strategies.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring pharmaceutical supplies to prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and resolve medication-related queries.
- Promote BIG Pharmacy’s health initiatives and recommend over-the-counter products tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain meticulous records of prescriptions, customer interactions, and controlled substances as per regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical advancements, industry trends, and company policies.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid Pharmacist license in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and clinical guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
