Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and organize pharmacy inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Process insurance claims and handle billing procedures.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Prepare and label medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Operate pharmacy software and maintain accurate documentation.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the pharmacy workspace.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Pharmacy Technology or related field.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.
